I always watch for a Russian razor for some reason. When I find them they are as sharp as a pencil and pointed like one too. Nice razors and love the work you did on them.

Today next part of my retrospect work
Another russian straight razor - in this case it's MOCШTAMП '39. J had never heard before about this factory.
It was little bit more advanced restoration, because I had to improved the stamp on shank by varnish masking and eching with FeCL3.

MOCШTAMП means MOSSTAMP. It's linked with the factory placed (Moskwa). It is quite rare russian straight razor. I know that thay produced also satety razor with open comb because I saw one.
Beautiful work. Makes me want to blow the budget, move to Poland and live next door to you so I can talk you out of those nice razors.
How did you get the etching so crisp? I would really appreciate if you would pm me your process; it would be very very helpful.
Very nice resto's, very impressed with the re-etching of the markings on that third one, looks superb. Great job!
