Appreciate it Nipper! Certain razors just 'deserve' the two-tone look. Especially the shoulder-less blades. Seems to fit nicely...

    Astounding!

I've got a Packwood in scales similar to that that I've been occasionally poking at, but the blade is currently patiently waiting for me to have a contact grinder. The scales, meanwhile, were cracked down into the pewter clasp, so I had to take that end completely apart. NOT FUN.

It looks like you managed to clean that one up without breaching the containment vessel at the toe end of the scales. Bravo!

I sincerely hope my Packwood comes out as nice as what you did here, but I've got my work cut out for me!

Thanks Zak...I do believe I've seen that Packwood! Hope to see it again shortly...

I have a couple of more like this one...an old Elliot and an old Reynolds. Both pre-1830's I believe. Eventually I'll get around to them...

That is the definition of sleek, everything from. Blade design, colors, end cap and especially the finish you put on, super clean. Awesome job. Definitely brought that thing to life.
