    Default 8/8 with garnet inlay

Just finished no.6 at this early stage of razor making I'm practicing diffrent patterns and techniques. This one is a little arty so not everyone cup of tea but I'm happy with the results and I learnt throughout the build. Lesson one, gem stones are bloody hard to cut and shape.
The razor is made out of 01 steel with garnet inlays and has kirinite scales.

That looks almost too nice to shave with, but you gotta let us know how it does.

Thanks guys, I shaved with is yesterday and it a good shaver nice and smooth. It is heavy in the hand, proble the weight of two or three 5/8 dovos. I like heavy blade so no complaints.

Yeah I posted on there, I'll take a photo in the day light on the weekend. The light in my house is awful in the Winter.
