I like woods the most, with fairly conventional/traditional forms, of course I try to make them a bit different than the really classical styles, to add my own style. But the majority of people are head over heels for carbon fiber, G10, micarta, acrilics, etc, and for really exotic blade/scale shapes. Of course I try to adapt a bit to please both myself, and as many people who like my work. Sometimes it is really difficult to strike a good balance here


    Sandor, I appreciate when I can look at a razor and say "Ah, that's a Jeness". Same with any of the top-notch custom makers. The details may change from piece to piece, but the essence of the craftsman is always there. Keep up the good work!
