Also the Razor box is still in progress as I am not happy with the difference between my envisaged design & my capabilities to achieve said design at the moment, so it will follow when completed to at least a close to worthy levelSaved,

After you mount the snap the eyelet and washer together, what did you use to fill the hole in each side? Never worked with eyelets before.

the brass Pins I used came with some brass eyelets passed on to me from a fellow SRP member I believe he got from ebay,
but you can use standard Brass or Nickel silver 1/16" pin materialSaved,
to shave another day.
