That looks very nice. By the way I believe it is Hoppe not Hoffe.

Excellent - I believe it's, "Hoppe" (as UKRob points out), I was fortunate to get a similar one from Swedish eBay not three weeks ago... they are beautiful blades to shave with, congratulations - the Hoppe's are a nice find!

The scales on mine are very similar, but a burgundy colour.

Nice work! I am with Rob. The fellow's name was Hoppe. Most likely lightly stamped.

    Gentlemen,
Yes, it is Guillermo Hoppe. I have a gorgeous one, a 6/8 round point with the original scales, and it is a lovely shaver. To my knowledge, Eugen Hoppe started the company, around 1922, and subsequently the Hoppe razors were produced under various names, including Eugenio Hoppe, Julius Hoppe and, of course, Guillermo Hoppe. Listen, you can't have anything but a fine razor with the name Guillermo Hoppe.

Yes, Hoppe was an agent for Henckels. Seems he brought their products to many markets. From what I have read, often with a name change!
