    Default Shumate restore

Shumate in Lava Flow Kirinite. The blade was pretty beat, but it cleaned up well with very little pitting left.
I managed to match the patterns on each scale and now they flow from one scale to the other. Brass pins, stainless washers, red acrylic wedge.

Very nice work Stefan, the scale pattern match is right on, great shavers those Shumates.

They shave great indeed. It's owner will be doing to honing so I can't take her for a spin unfortunately.

    Beautiful work my friend.
Its a bummer when you do all the work, and cant take it for a ride.
I usually get two rides, just to make sure sure all's good[emoji6]
