Big smiler
This is a razor, that I made as a homage to the first razor design I made. This razor: Tobias Zecher Custom mit Amboina
Years ago Tobias Zecher made the blade for me. This was the beginning for me to think about razor making.
In the last years I learned a lot of straight razor, so I modified the design a little bit for more usability. As steal I used a very rare and special Boehler steel, the TWR. This steel was made last time in 1975 and only some few pieces are still available. It is also named as 135WCrV4:
C: 1.30-1.40, SI: 0.20-0.40, P: 0.035, S: 0.035
Cr: 0.30-0.40, V: 0.10-0.20
W: 0.80-1.10
With this steel it is no problem to go up in hardness to 65 HRC or more.
The handle is from a asian ironwood burl: Pyinkado
The blade has a huge smile and 9/8 with a monkey tail - nothing for Ladies with small hands

very nice work, like the geometry,.. and as far as the steel rarity is concerned, it only adds to the uniqueness of the razor!
