    Default Duck Satin Edge

I rescued this Duck and finally finished restoring it tonight. I should have taken before pictures, but the scales were shot and the blade was in pretty rough shape. I wet sanded the blade to 2000 grit and made a set of mahogany scales using the broken scales as a template. I think it turned out well! I will hone it tomorrow and give it a test shave

    Good job

I like mahogany. Works well. It does suck up the CA when you first start.

    Well done

Nice work! I'll bet it hones up nicely.
Smarter than I look or, not as dumb as I look. Whichever you prefer.
