Default Pattern welded blade with buffalo horn scales

This is my first straight razor, but not my last!

The blade has an edge length of 2.5in and spine to edge it measures 5/8in. It is composed of a pattern welded steel blade (15n20 and 1084), buffalo horn scales, and silver pins

The box is made of cedar, rosewood, padauke, and cherry burl. The "nails" are silver and there is mokume-gane of silver, bronze, and copper inlayed beneath the cherry burl (into the rosewood) visible through the holes left by a knot when i book matched the piece.

I did everything from the pattern welded steel blade to putting the last coat of boiled linseed oil on the box. Any critiques and comments are more then welcome.

    Thank you for your time!
