Another Joseph Fenton & Sons
This one is in ivory with a lead wedge. Unfortunately one scale was cracked through the pivot. Applied medium viscosity CA on thick working the scale so the capillary action worked the CA into the crack. Glued one of the brass thrust washers to the scale for strength. Took my time with the brass pin and it's tight and holding well. The 6/8 blade is a little fancier than the other complete with barbers notch and jimps on the lower tang. Closer to 1/4 hollow than the near wedge of the other blade. This blade will be the first to fall victim to my new Naniwa 1K,3K and 8K hones.

Thanked: 2284What a beauty!! Too bad about that crack but sounds like you got it under control. Should make for an exceptional shaver.
