Default 7/8 Older Duck in Blue

Picked this up the other day... Darn thing is 7/8!
It is an OLDER duck and I can't find the correct scales for it...
So I will let it rest in these for now.

I have one similar. Bigger, longer than others, won't stuff into typical Satinedge scales. Mine had an inlay which simply said 'DublDuck', no fancy bolsters. Yellowish clear scales and a really rotten red wedge.
Sadly, lost the inlay but like you, I have a plan! It looks better than new. great job!

The stamp on the backside tail is cool! Mine is a Pearlduck and this is a Bresnick. Different owners, IIRC. Which one was first?
Seems DublDuck changed hands about WWII?
