Default First set of scales on my own

So I had made 2 sets of scales prior but when I made them I was being watched having him correct any issues along the way. This is my first attempt on my own... I ended up not drawing out my own scales because I'm not too confident in drawing my own lol so I used the old scales as a template. I used G-10, I've actually never used it prior to this so I'm not sure if I did it right... I just treated it like I would horn, cut out rough shape with bandsaw, then sanded down on belt/disc sander 80-120-240-400 grit progression... Then hand on to hand sanding 500-1000-1200, I made the wedge out of bone which btw the bone gave me a heap of trouble this time lol, it wasn't a wedge enough shape to make the scales open enough for the razor not to hit the shank on closing... But I worked it out... Here are some pics of the scales I made and pics of a restore I did. Let me know what you think or what you would do differently or some tips if you have any!

    Thanks,
    Fonz

Looks great, I love the two tone color on that g10. Wedges are the hardest part for me too, I have ruined more than I have successfully made!
    Keep up the good work
