    Default My first Manhatten

This is my first Manhatten Cutlery Co. to add to my Sheffield maker's collection. A 13/16 near wedge. The fun part of this razor was replacing the bug eaten original dyed horn scales. It's the first time I've used this polyester called Tortuga East. The best match I've found in the synthetic materials so far. Nickel silver collars and a lead wedge holds it all together.

    That's very nice...
And those scales do work well with the razor.

But I thought you where talking about the classic cocktail...

    Thanks for sharing.

Very nice Karl...Manhattan's are great razors! Love the scales...and I agree that they appear to be the most realistic faux horn scales I've seen. Top Notch!

Sweet work. The scale material is perfect. Congratulations on that build.
