Default Washington Cutlery "King of Whiskers" in Bocote

    Blade is 6/8
Scales are Bocote finished in CA fully polished
    Stacked nickel silver washers/rod
    Original Lead Wedge

I still need to send off to get honed. Just finished this last night.

    Thank you

Thank you. That was actually my first attempt at a CA finish. 3 coats of thin worked out pretty well after getting the wood to 600 grit.

Here's the rig I made to suspend the scales while applying the CA. It's just a spare piece of micarta with microfasteners where the holes need to be. Once dry, I just unscrewed the fasteners nice and easy.

Thanks! I'm itching to try the finish with another wood. But everything I have had nice scales.

    Razor hunting I go!
