    Thanks. G(eorgious). Smith is as English as they come. "Acier Fondu" was a common imprint durng the time this razor was made.

    Indeed an English razor, "Acier Fondu" is Cast Steel. Very nice restoration, something really special to make a razor this old able to shave again, Enjoy!
