    Gotta love the 14's!
    Did you dye the wood yourself or get it that way?

    Pete <:-}
    Dyed them myself. Trans-tint in denatured alcohol so it doesn't raise the grain

    Absolutely gorgeous!
    Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot.

    There was a thread on the forum recently discussing whether you should criticise or say nothing - so I thought for some time before posting because I don't want to criticise just for the sake of it - but here goes. The washers are just plug ugly to me - I don't see anything redeeming about them, they hurt my eyes and have ruined what is otherwise a perfectly good restore.

    Please feel free to comment on my work - if I ever get the courage to display anything in the future.

    My service is good, fast and cheap. Select any two and discount the third.

    I don't see anything wrong with what you wrote - don't like the washer's, that's a personal view, and totally cool, nothing wrong with saying that.

    And receiving some input from other valued members, different eyes, is never a bad thing, can only spurn other ideas...good on you for sharing your thoughts...in my opinion of course!

    HAHAHA. It's funny how tastes vary. I thought the scales wouldn't work without the collars. My thought was they brought it together. :-) That is the way it goes.
