Default Wade & Butcher in African Ironwood

Just finished up another pre 1891 Wade & Butcher barbers notch. The original scales were cracked and not salvageable. There is a bit of pitting along the scale line, but it still polished up pretty well. Ended up going with an African Ironwood for the scales and a bone wedge.

Went ahead and just cut them down to the shape of the originals

before final shaping of the wedge

Very nice work. Like the brass pin over stainless washer.

Nice job. Good tight spacer and a cool choice of pun and washer.
