Default Latest restoration- John Barber with mammoth ivoryIve

I've recently completed this project, John Barber with nickel silver linings and mammoth Ivory scales.
i like the clean lines that the Ivory gives.

You've achieved a sympathetic restoration that incorporates a contemporary aesthetic; I like it a lot.

In the center of your scales is a very narrow divider. I can't help but wonder how that is held in place. It is a very intriguing design and build. I am impressed. It all comes together very nicely.

It looks as though the scales are attached to liners - so the divider is probably a piece of NiAg or similar. When I've used this method I superglued the divider in position before attaching the material to the liners and butting them up also with superglue.

My service is good, fast and cheap. Select any two and discount the third.
