    The hardness of the bone itself and ensuring it was flat on the inside scales. The other issue I found was the lack of flexibility - I like to get the scales to bow. In the end I probably didn't take the scales down to the correct thickness, therefore they felt clumsy and off balance so I decided against using the material again.
    My service is good, fast and cheap. Select any two and discount the third.
