Seldom seen Wilson & Son
I posted some work in progress pictures of this looking for information on the maker in the 'show& tell' forum. Here is the finished product. 7/8 near wedge with arris spine, The blade is long at 3 3/8" measured from heal to toe. I like the taper in the blade width. Honey horn scales with a lead wedge and Austin's stainless collars and brass pins. The shadow box makes the horn look more yellow than it really is. Unfortunately the makers stamp was not struck evenly.

Thanked: 4826Wow, beautiful job on that one. I do like the color transition in the horn. That is one of the hardest thing about working with horn, getting a decent picture of the colors and the depth of variegation.
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
