A hollow ground razor with "General Nobile" on the tang and J.P. Alcamisi, Schenectady, NY on the other side. Nothing special, anonymously made in Germany. I wanted to dress it up and get it shaving. It had a collar decoration like a wreath (is there a name for that piece?) near the pivot and the rest of the scales were gone. I went with green scales cut down from 6 inch pen stock shaped by hand and moved the wreath thing to the wedge end. The wedge is light green Corian. Maybe I chose green to go with the leafy wreath decoration? I don't know, it's shaving great!
