Default TI Pangolin in Musk Ox

7/8 TI Dreadnought in Musk OX horn with new spine.

Spine work and scales were done by mycarver.
Thanks Mark, it turned out perfect.

Spine work was based on the Wheatfield pattern from TI but it looks more like a Pangolin. These incredible creatures are one of the most endangered groups of mammals in the world. Not to mention how rare it is to see Musk Ox on a razor. This stuff has a lot of motion and depth when seen in person.

I wanted him to keep it big and chunky to preserve as much of the horn as possible. Plus that's just my style and preference. He made the wedge end mimic the dreadnought tip of the blade. Double brass washers on the wedge and single on the pivot to finish it off.

    Here's a Pangolin.

He started off with this razor.
