    @Badgister: I donīt know why, but it seems that no one has realized that we are making full hollows for a very long time ;-) But I donīt use a double wheel grinder, I grind it freehand side by side on the beltgrinder. A double wheel grinder would not work since all our blades are smiling and a double wheel grinder can only grind in a straight line.

    Not that it matters but what is the brand on both of these. I am new but I've seen that marking before, and for the life of me I can think of it..... driving me nuts!!!
