    Is there a special product to remove tarnish off my henckels blade?

    Photos would help. If just tarnish Mothers polish should do it. Just be careful not to kill your edge.

    It really depends on what you mean when you say "tarnish".

    True that. Picture would be very helpful and it would be good to see what you are calling tarnish. Mothers works great, mothers and steel wool is much more aggressive and it will all likely kill your edge. I am going to go out on a limb and guess your pristine Henckels has a few water spots. If you are careful you can get them off with Mothers on aa q-tip and not mess up the edge. Anything more than that and you should wait until it needs to be honed again. Being a big Henckels fan I do want to see what blade you have.
