Twist damascus in faux ivory kirinite
Today I took the time to finish something that has been on my bench for a while. The Damascus steel I started with is O2 15N20 and was made by Maarten Van Hattem. I designed this razor to have a classic shape yet still have a bit of modern influences in the tang. To go with the classical design I went with Faux Ivory kirinite. And to have a hint of color, I used Green mother of pearl kirinite for the wedge. The blade is about 15/16 in width.

Really loving that twist Damascus pattern, Bruno! Plus, I've always liked ivory-colored scales; very classy choice which doesn't grab your focus off of the beautiful blade.

A very stunning razor. I love the last two classic razors that you've done, more my style, and the ivory makes it even more classic. I'm putting it on my wish list.
