Welcome to SRP! great work on your first razor! i see you have the same issue i have and grinding more on the 2 inch mark too... you can see how your bevel thickens on the toe and the heel of the blade, the toe on that side needs a bit more grinding it looks like a pretty thick bevel... I'm really new to this so i know someone might have better advice than i have right now but i usually go with a 120 and super slow on the grinder applying more pressure in the area im trying to hit.... Another thing i do is check how thin the edge is, you want to be able to flex the edge by applying pressure with your nail and seeing if it flexs easily, thats when i know im getting thin enough... another way i check to see if the thickness is even is if the flex requires the same pressure....
like i said i am new to this so these are just theories and they work for me...
