Saw some of your full hollows on rasurpur, they're gorgeous razors, I'll have to get me one in the near future!

Beautiful design and execution, Ulrik-That worked spine and exquisite grind, and why is every razor not put in feathered horn? I love that stuff!

Beautiful work. I sure would like to see how a full bellied razor shaves compared to a full hollow. I really like the filework on the spine and the shape of the scales.

I used to prefer solid black horn, but scale work like this has me divided on which I like I better.

Yeah, I love solid black too, and it certainly is less likely to give delamination issues in my limited experience. There's just something about those streaks.

In my opinion, bellied or not makes not that much of a difference. Both are very flexible grinds and give a nice sound while shaving.
A double shoulder (stiffer less singing) or single shoulder and if the blade is straight or smiling makes more difference.

Streaked horn is indeed a beautifull material but makes a lot of problems ;-) Delamination is only one of them. But when it´´s finally in shape and pinned it normaly behaves quite brave.
