Yeah.....I paid too much, back when things were a bit cheaper. Was what it was.
At least it has appreciated if I have not ruined the value!

I still say it is nice to have it shaving!

I'm in the process of restoring another that will be dressed in Bone scales and a mirror finish on the blade. Seems like everything takes forever these days (I totally 'Get' the 5 years waiting in a box) , BUT it will get done one of these days. Seems like I only get to work on my blades intermittently between batches of restores on OPR's (Other Peoples Razors!)

Do I understand that you've been ailing? I hope you're on the mend my friend! If you ever want to get rid of the striations on your beauty send it my way Tom...be glad to help you out!

    Hoowee, Mike! That'sa nice job.

You definitely have the skills to smooth them out! I have a few which attest to that.
Thanks, Bruv! I may send it your way someday. It's sort of an Ugly Duckling as it is!

Yea...A little bump in the road. Getting better.

Here is an interesting GB I have recently seen for sale. The scales are fossilized mammoth, stabilized and sealed with black g10 liner. This razor is worth a lot of $ signs so just throw some mammoth scales on there

Mebbe I should have left mine alone!

    Oh well!
I'd love to have one of these someday.

I bid pretty aggressively on this one and tapped out a couple of hundred too early.
    Whoda thunk...
    Better luck next time.
