Thanked: 13245G10 Re-scale on a Drew Dick
G10 Rescale on A Drew Dick Custom
Had to stay with the same basic shape because of the design of the razor
Took the scales down to .100" thickness used an actual wedge Black MOP Acrylic the razor balances and handles really well.
Pins are NiAg
Outer Washers are reverse locking SS
Inner Bearing washers are Brass
Ever wondered why you see these same three razor poses so often ???
They are "Proof" of build They show that the build it straight, even and tight..
It is wasn't the razor would fall over
More on this razor in the honing section coming soon..
Thanks for looking"No amount of money spent on a Stone can ever replace the value of the time it takes learning to use it properly"

That's a beauty!
Never worked G10, I imagine it can be a challenge to get just right with the layers.“You must unlearn what you have learned.”

Great looking scales and a nice choice of material and color.
The blade has just enough going on to let you know that it's special.
Very cool.

That's just like the Dark Side! Excellent choices!
G10 is like a rock. Best practical scale material ever, IMO.
Nice!
I could never get that old GB to do those poses, Glen!
It would fall over and make an earthquake!Last edited by sharptonn; 08-30-2018 at 01:39 AM.
