    Full break down clean and polish

    I was asked in another thread about popping pins..

    Honestly better than 9/10 I use a HIGHLY polished set of Flush cutters the trick is the polish and working the pin slowly to keep from cracking or marring the scales

    a 1/16" drift pin takes care of getting the pins out if you are careful

    I went with typical Nickel Silver Pins and Reversed seated SS lock washers
    I polished and reused the inner bearing washers

    Thanks for sharing the process Glen. I’m sure many of us were anxious to see how this particular razor was going to turn out.

    The final result is a beautiful razor that the owner will be proud to pass to the next generation of shavers in the family.
