    I had one by a Liverpool maker, William Wood. It had ivory scales that had rounded ends. Stellar shaver.

    I will dig out the others I have if I get some time.
    I think the Others are in better condition.
    Rounded scales would have been a better match up..

    I found another. Not a 100% match , the toe end is a little bit more square.

    Yeh , it makes sense ,Yorkshire ppl have ‘bite’ its cold up there and they don’t mince words

    Thought it might have been something like that. My Dad was with the RCAF and stationed at Skipton on Swale during the war with Bomber Command for a bit. Had the pleasure of visiting IWM Duxford years ago. Interesting place and nice people.
