    Indeed, for myself as well. I almost choked, but bit the bullet.
    In retrospect, digging and acquiring five of them before they hit the bay was my best move. Bidding on the 2 big ones was hard on the wallet.
    Was especially hard to let the 28 go, but it went for way too much. Was a beaut!

    That thing is in a whole nother league especially for a German blade. You would of had to totally reconfigure your scales to make them all the same and accommodate a blade that size.

    Indeed, it would not have gone with this bunch in these scales, for certain. Still, lots more than I laid out for the 29 and 30 combined had me back-off.
    A pricey eighth of an inch!
    Oh well...The spoils ain't so bad. 4 French-points to do someday for a bit more than half the dough makes me feel better.
