Default Joseph Cam 1830s Stubtail restoration

Took a punt on this one over on eBay my winning bid got me a 1830s Joseph Cam Stubtail for a very reasonable price, it came with original Ivory scales only problem they were cracked, I had another set of Ivory scales off a Mappin & Webb from the same period but in the end I decided to make a set from some blonde horn I had hanging around, went with a horn wedge made from the same materials and brass pins and washers, kept the scales a very close as possible to the original style design and shape, the razor is very near a wedge it was a pretty difficult razor to hone in the end experience won the day and the razor decided to play the game and finally gave up the edge I wanted. PS if anyone has more info on this razor and the maker I would be grateful.

The original scales that came with that razor appear to be bone not ivory.
Tweedale's Directory has a Joseph Cam first listed in 1833 in Angle Row at the head of South St. By 1841 he was insolvent and a prisoner for debt in York Castle jail. He died 31 October 1846.

Actually, those were my initial thoughts too until I saw them, they are so thinly cut I think they are Ivory, just extremely dirty, the blood vessel holes are dirt spots, I may try and clean them so I can get a definitive answer.
