Joseph Elliot 8/8 FBU
A Joseph Elliot 'For Barbers Use' 8/8 in a half hollow grind. The blade was received with chips in the bevel and a broken toe. Restored to its original glazed finished blade faces and crocus finished spine and tang. The original scales were straightened, re-dyed black and polished to a high luster. The original silver collars and lead wedge were used in the restoration. Some pictures off the 400 grit belt and the finished blade prior to assembly in the scales.

Another Sheffield show-stopper, Karl! I would pay good money to attend a summer camp in your shop. You really inspire me to up my game with the old beauties.
