W&B Customised
Just thought i'd show off some drop dead scales. (Ox Horn)
The photos do not really show their beauty or how well they match the shape of the razor ...Shame we cannot get high def pictures here on SRP.
Thanks

Thanked: 17Those scales look delicious, like a toffee or or butterscotch candy. There is like a warmth or depth to them.

What he said! Another classic restoration, Joseph. And I concur-that ox horn, wow. Seeing as how you Londoners are locked down with that "out of control" covid strain, maybe you have more time to work on razors? In any event, take care and stay safe. Thanks as always for the inspiration.
There are many roads to sharp.

Hi Aaron,
Quality photos do the scales more justice https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=...98178051634579
Ox horn is my favorite material at the moment because of its textures and colours but it can be a real pain to work with.
As for covid, the only difference it has made in my life is wearing a mask when i go into a shop.
I am home everyday for the next few weeks which means pure, unadulterated razors I'm working on a seven day set at the moment plus an extra special W&B in select Ox horn which either looks nasty or beautiful depending on your disposition..
Thanks for the kind words
Joseph

They both look good, Joseph. The tortoise of horn scales, IMO
