Threre are many good ways to flatten horn. An iron as Mike mentioned, a hair straightener also works and also 2 heated cast iron pans, one smaller inside one larger or bottom to bottom. Nice thing about them is they hold heat and are heavy. Whichever way you go you may need to repeat one or more times.
