    Default staysharp

This one my Great Uncle gave me. I took the sales off a while ago to save the blade. Tried to save the inlays but they were to far gone. The new scales are white marble acrylic etched then colored with gold leaf restorers compond.Blade is as is when given to me, I just cleaned it a little. The old scale below it is for reference and is now gone.

That is not an optical illusion that is how much they shrunk. A type of scale rot?

    Very Cool!!
Did the original scales shrink up that much or am I looking at an optical illusion? I like the how you replicated the originals - COOL.
