    Default Restored vintage LeGrelot

    Ebay orphan vintage LeGrelot:


    Blade was fairly corroded and had a frown.

    I decided to turn that frown upside down!

    Scales are Wenge with a CA finish. I think Wenge is a pretty neat wood. Not easy to work with, but pretty cool grain.

    Very nice! I like the wood too; never heard of 'wenge' before. Of course, I hadn't heard of a lot of exotic woods before SRP...
