Default Joseph Elliot SilverSteel 7/8 Circa 1860

Joseph Elliot SilverSteel 7/8 Circa 1860 This is a beautiful razor with a very unusual grind. It was severly corroded, and required regrind( I had to dress a few wheels to be able to grind the unusual contours, but I think it came out good, was able to save the trade mark(very light grinding in this area)It is an exceptionally good shaver. The scales are translucent green with dark green accents. They have an insisible rear pin,but I can install a bulleseye rear pin if you’d like This razor belongs to one of our members here, and it can ship to you tomorrow.I wish I had one of these ,but don’t see them come up very often.Best Regards Gary

Hey Gary, think you could PM on how exactly you regrind a razor with that grind? I'd love to know! Would it also be applicable to a faux frameback? I'd like to know how to regrind them too!

    P.S.- Awesome razor!
