    Talking Reground Joseph Elliot Old style spine with scalloped Linen Micarta

    Here is a blade of my own that I reground. It is a Joseph Elliot Celebrated razor with that old strange spine which is diamond shaped for half of the length. Anyway, scales are linen micarta with stacked washers and nickel-silver pins. The wedge is tapered linen micarta. Check out the linen layers in the scallops. You can only see it if you look reeeeally closely. Really none of these pics of carbon fiber or micarta that I take at least can do these materials justice. The 3D quality is just stunning in person. Can't wait to hone this one! Comments and constructive criticism are welcome!
