    Default W Greaves&Sons Fencing Foils 9/8 Reworked

This W Greaves&Sons Fencing Foils razor belongs to a member here.I have done a light regrind and polish on the blade to remove some coarse stone marks from a much earlier touchup grind. The geometry is correct now,and it is defect free. The blade edge is 3-3/8 long(a real whopper)This will make a beautiful razor, and an awesome shaver for a heavy bearded guy.The owner never has seen the razor ,as he had the ebay seller send it direct to me,and he is curious to know if it will be any good,so heres some photos.I will post some pictures after I make and install the scales, will probably ship on Monday.Best Regards Gary

That blade is a work of art, your restoration befits the blade and I'm sure your scales will be equally as fine, Gary. Thanks for posting those pics. Wow is all I can say other than that!

Almost to beautiful to cover with scales... but then again i am sure you have something just as beautiful planned.
