As for the H & J W King razor....Joe Chandler provided me with some information on that razor back in April when I bought it...http://straightrazorpalace.com/razor...tml#post274432

I got the razors today. Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!
It is hard to believe how nice these razors look in person...the mosaic pins add that little something extra.
The W&B is my wife's favorite, as she picked out the colors. Not to be outdone, the JW King is quite gorgeous also. For me, it is hard to choose as I think they are both beautiful.
Gary, thank you for the job you did on these razors. I am so happy with them. Apparently, I have a rare JW King big chopper....which is in desperate need of getting the shave test...

So...here is my update on the shaving of these razors.
One word....fantastic.
They are smooth and I really like the heft. Apparently a full hollow razor is just too flexible for my heavy beard, as I have noticed a dramatic increase in my shaves since I started using wedges.
And again, thanks to Gary for the wonderful job.

Gary,
How do you recommend protecting the mirror finish during honing?
Thanks,
Stu
