    Default Clover dressed in smoke pc

    Finally finished my Clover!!

    Scales: Classic style in smoked polycarbonat.
    Spacer: Original yellow plastic.
    Pins: Brass, penned and filed flush with scales.
    Brass shims, 0,05mm thick between tang and scales.

    Like her a lot already, time to hone her up and shaaaaave!!

    Nice job!Looks good.Great blade.Gotta try that Lexan or polycarb myself sometime.

    Very very nice. The whole thing fits together nicely. I think I like the smoked PC more than the clear.

    Ben, both pins look as the rear pin, shown on the last photo. Exactly what do you wonder??

    BTW, the pinning is quite simple, I made the holes for the pins conical, about 30 degres i think and about 1,5 mm deep, then pinned quite hard until the brass filled the hole completely, filed flush with scales, polished. Voila'!

    Thanks. They just look so clean, & i couldn't see that clearly. Nice job. Got to get my ebony scales made but that method would probably split them! Pinning's the part i'm not looking forward to.

    Great looking razor. Love the smoked PC. Reminiscent of some DD's

    Are they your grind marks ? Nice even finish. Buff??, Dremel ?? Belt sander ??

    Those are some fine looking scales. I really like your pinning job.

    The blade is super not too shiny not too satin, perfect.
