W&B "barber's use" circa?????
This is another ebay prize that came today. It's 7/8 or so with a spanish point. Cleanup was easy and its shiny enough for me-anybody have an idea when it may have been manufactured? Pictured before and after a quick cleanup and a fast polish with .5 diamond paste.

Most likely made in 1840/50(possibly as early as 1830's) as a wedge, and reground into a concave grind in 1870/80.that was very common, and accounts for the large barbers notch, and some of the trademark lettering ground away. They make very nice/very smooth shaving shavers,I have a few posted on my web site, and a lot of them unrestored, but in very nice condition.
Best regards Gary
