WB Special Restore
I got this Wade & Butcher from ebay over a month ago. It is a nice 6/8 with spike point, and came with the original box. I don't have the before pics. There were no pits, but there was tarnish and some stains on the tang and blade. I am showing this because this was my first attempt at depinning and repinning, which had to be done to get at where most of the tarnish was.
I just shaved with it this morning. She took a very nice, smooth edge. The blade has good heft, and IMO is more of a half hollow. One of the most comfortable shaves I have ever had! This one's a keeper.

Nice pin and resto job, Ray. That's a work of art and your new light box is making for great presentation.

Nice!! For a first attempt at re-pinning she looks "factory fresh", much better than my first (or 10th attempt)… fantastic work man.
Looking forward to see more of your work in the gallery.

Really nice work Ray. She's a 'Special' indeed
I think you have that pinning thing down now.

You've done a great job on the pinning! I find it a bit nerve racking. Both getting the scales off intact & re-pinning has risks to them, so well done!
