    Sometimes I buy my straights with the thumbnotch already on there...



    So this Highland heavy got a trip to the chiroprator for some spinework and some new curly cherry over aluminum scales.

    Nice work! What thickness aluminum do you use and what do you use to cut it?

    .063 aluminum, with a bandsaw.

    Wedge is flourescent red acrylic.

    I know that they make bandsaw blades for metal but do you have a recommendation?

    That wedge is sweeeeeet!
