Default manufactured by W&B ~ Frameback

This W&B by send to me by fellow SRP member Mike.

I only received the blade, which was extremelly well packaged. Mike's instructions were basically, faux tortoise, nice heft and thick handle and clean the blade. He also suggested his personal scale design and preference as what he wanted to have.

The blade came tarnished and patina saturated. It actually took me a long time to get rid of it as you don't want to overheat the blade. But I managed to see some light at the end of the tunnel and in the end it cleaned up extremely well.

Still need to hone her up and knowing those framebacks it will probably be a PITA... but worth the effort.

    Mike, Enjoy!

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Your attention to detail is pretty amazing. If you ever decide to start making your own razors, put me down for at least one.

Thx Mike!!! I did exactly as you requested or at least I tried to follow your directions. And again, pics don't do them any justice. There's plenty of happy campers that can vouch for that!
It's truly a beautiful razor and it's just another example why vintage razor are so in demand. They are unique and irreplaceable.

Max strikes again! Hey Max... for what it's worth, this is my favorite frameback I've seen yet. Congrats Mike.
