That is a stunning razor! The scales compliment the blade & i love the satin look! Cool notches on the shank.

    Absolutely awesome as always.

Am I just now realizing or have youe scales alway been a only one pin on the pivot? Are they one piece or two with a wedge and glued together?

I have always been fascinated with the resin scales and tried some experimeting. I even tried vacuum forming of original scales to get a mold from (bamboo, pea****, etc.). I know from past posts and research that you have duplicated these as well. May I PM for more onfo on the ins and outs of resin scales? I love the look of wood scales, but the resins blow the door wide open for creativity.

    Love your stuff,

    Jerry

Another great looking project Gary. I absolutely love the thumb grips on these.

This is absolutely stunning! it was already an amazing blade with the double notch, but with your scales it just leave me speechless.... I am looking forward to shaving with it!

Great to see an offering in satin finish. Nice contrast to the glossy scales
