    Default Torrey gets new shoes

    [IMG][/IMG]

I was the AS over the weekend and found an odd razor. A 2/8 set in these Orange translucent scales. It was with a lot of turn of the century medical supplies. I figured it was a bleeder or other type of cutter. I will not be using it. From the pattern of pitting it looks like it has seen its fair share of acid on one side only, which is another reason why I think it is a medical instrument. Any way the scales were broken at the pin and covered with 2 huge flat washers.

I almost cried. I took my tears to the local hobby store. They gave some glue that could cement a charging elephant to sand.

I have a line on the back of the scales. But I don't care. Its still pretty and vintage.

BTW that crap on the edge is castor oil.

There was a 2/8 that was residing within these scales. It no longer resides there. Instead I have 6/8 Torrey living there now.
Plans for Torrey. He will be shaving my face on a regular basis. I have developed a taste for American Steel and not for German or Sheff Steel.
